Celcom First 38

New Celcom basic 38 plan,  i have use for 2 weeks, it seem ok  in putrajaya.
the results on speedtest.net  is around. 2~5 mbps dl and 1 - 2 mbps up.
but when i get  it on the 1st    week i test it was 4 mbps dl and 0.20 ~ 0.40 mbps. i thought  it was another lousy package. but any way it still worth then my umobile rm 30 for 1.5gb

HOW COOL IS THIS!!
Instead of using Helium gas to fill the balloons you could use a mix of vinegar with baking soda.
You need:
1 plastic bottle
Balloons
1 teaspoon of baking soda
3 tablespoon of vinegar
How to make it:
Add the baking soda in a balloon using a small funnel. Add vinegar in the bottle. Place the balloon on the bottle and then lift up the balloon letting the powder reach the vinegar. You will see some bubbles forming and the release of dioxide carbon gas.
Vinegar is acid and when it finds the baking soda (sodium bicarbonate), the CO2 is formed.
